TAIJING® NUT INSTRUCTIONS & INSTALLATION GUIDE
The product strictly complies with the GB/T 6170 national standard. Its structure is not additionally thickened to withstand higher loads, nor does it employ fine-pitch threads to pursue anti-loosening performance, achieving a balance between standardization and high performance.

ON THE ANTI-LOOSENING PRINCIPLE AND TECHNO-ECONOMIC ADVANTAGES OF THE TAIJING NUT: A HIGH-RELIABILITY, LOW-COST STRUCTURAL ANTI-LOOSENING SOLUTION
Abstract: Loosening of threaded fasteners is a persistent challenge in the mechanical industry. Traditional anti-loosening methods, such as spring washers, double nuts, and thread-locking adhesives, often suffer from insufficient reliability or introduce additional cost and assembly complexity. The Taijing Nut proposes a fundamental solution. Based on the mechanical principle that "bolt pitch inevitably increases during tightening," it features an innovative design where its internal pitch gradually increases from the top downwards. This structure ensures even load distribution across all thread teeth during tightening, thereby eliminating the root causes of plastic deformation and microscopic slip, and achieving true structural anti-loosening.

STRUCTURAL LIGHTWEIGHTING: THE FUNDAMENTAL PATH TO COST REDUCTION AND EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT FOR AEROSPACE FASTENERS
This paper aims to demonstrate that structural lightweighting is a more fundamental and cost-effective path to weight reduction compared to simple material substitution. In the field of aerospace fasteners, the traditional "material replacement" strategy, while effective, is costly and faces inherent limitations. By analyzing the core principles of structural lightweighting and incorporating innovative cases such as the "TaiJing Nut," this paper clarifies how it achieves material efficiency maximization by optimizing force flow distribution.
